We're committed to selling high-quality products however now and again there may be a time when you need to return an item which is either no longer wanted or is discovered to be faulty.
We allow upto 14 days (on receipt of an item) to contacted if you wish to return an item and 14 days upon contact for the item to be returned to us for an item which is not faulty in its original sealed condition. Unfortunately due to health, hygiene and safety reasons we can not accept an item back if it is not originally sealed condition ie fragrances etc

Unwanted item return
To return an unwanted item please contact us at email@example.com and we will email you instructions on how to return an item to us.
Faulty item return
To return a faulty item please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email you instructions on how to return an item to us.
Please note that we will not accept returned goods without proof of purchase. We can also not accepted goods which do not appear to be faulty or damaged and have had any seal opened / damaged or have been used in any way as all non-faulty items must be returned in a re-saleable condition. Failure to meet this condition may result in no refund and goods being returned to you.
