It is advisable to read the following Terms & Conditions before placing any order.
Definitions
In these conditions "the company" means SBS UK and the "customer" means the person purchasing the goods. These conditions form the basis of any sale between the company and the customer.
1. Product authenticity
All items listed are 100% genuine.
2. Pricing
All prices are listed in British Pound Sterling (£). Due to supplier price changes, we reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice.
3. Pricing errors
SBS UK monitors prices regularly; however, we are not responsible for pricing errors caused by system faults or human error. We reserve the right to cancel orders where a pricing error has occurred.
4. Order acceptance
Order confirmation emails are acknowledgement only and do not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs only once payment has been processed and goods have been dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel any order.
5. Invitation to treat
All products are offered on an invitation to treat basis and not as an offer for sale. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including bulk or high-value purchases.
6. Suggested retail prices
Any suggested retail prices displayed are based on prices offered by other retailers and are for comparison purposes only.
7. Availability
All items are subject to availability. Items marked as "Back Order" will be sourced from suppliers where possible. If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you within 5 working days. We are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers.
8. Delivery
We aim to dispatch goods promptly but do not guarantee dispatch or delivery times. Delivery times may vary due to postal conditions beyond our control.
Royal Mail Special Delivery guarantees apply from the point of dispatch, not from the time of ordering.
International deliveries may be subject to customs inspections and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
A signature may be required upon delivery. Any damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
8a. Courier restrictions
Due to courier restrictions on size, volume, or product type, certain items may only be shipped using specific delivery services (e.g. DPD Mainland UK). Where applicable, this will be clearly stated.
Delivery of restricted items is limited to Mainland UK. Orders placed outside this area containing restricted items may be cancelled and refunded.
9. Returns and refunds
We will not accept returns without proof of purchase. If items arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Non-faulty items must be returned unused, unopened, and in a re-saleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if returned items do not meet these conditions.
Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of returned goods.
10. Returns process
To return an item, please contact us and we will provide instructions.
11. Data protection
We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
12. Customer service
We aim to resolve any issues promptly. If you have any concerns regarding your order, payment, or product, please contact us.
13. Lost parcels
If an order is lost during transit, we will initiate a claim with the courier. A parcel is not considered lost until 15 working days have passed (UK deliveries).
Refunds will only be issued once the courier confirms the parcel is lost. Investigations may take up to 10 working days (UK) or up to 30 working days (international).
Undelivered parcels returned to us will be refunded and not resent due to high postage costs.
14. Trade sales
We do not sell goods for resale, trade, or on a sale or return basis.
15. Restricted goods
Flammable goods such as fragrances, aerosols, diffusers, and nail products cannot be shipped outside the UK due to courier restrictions. Orders containing these items may be partially or fully cancelled and refunded.
16. Ownership of goods
All goods remain the property of SBS UK until full payment has been received.
17. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SBS UK shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services.
18. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
